This is an energy practice which involves the channeling of Universal Lifeforce Energy, an animate energy found everywhere within and around us. The word reiki means “spirit guided life energy”.

The professional practitioner of this hands-on therapy is attuned and tapped into that Universal Life-force Energy, also called chi, ki or prana, which is available to all. The benefits of this system are numerous, but just to name a few; energetic / vibrational cleansing, clearing of chakras (the body’s energy centers), protection, mental and emotional balancing, and absent or distant healing is available as well.
